What is the price range of your wedding gowns and do you offer wedding packages?
Our RTW gowns range from PhP 90,000.00 to PhP 150,000.00. Prices are denominated in Philippine Pesos and subject to foreign currency fluctuations. Shipping, taxes and other charges are not included.

Starting price for a Custom-Made gown is PhP 200,000.00 or USD 5,000.00

Veluz does not offer wedding packages. Her designs are exclusively for bridal gowns.

How much lead time do you need?
For the RTW gowns, three months is a comfortable lead time for us to create your wedding dress. Sooner than this is considered a rush order and will be subject to qualifications.

A custom-made gown needs a lead time of 7 months. This is to provide ample time to create the concept for your perfect gown prior to production. But note too that we do not accept orders sooner than 18 months to give priority to brides with earlier wedding dates.

I heard you used to sell women’s shoes, and menswear like suits and barongs. What’s the deal with that?
Yes we did, for a while. But we don’t anymore.

Where can I see samples? Where is your shop?
Our shop is located at 2089 F.Benitez Street, Malate, Manila. Please see the map in our Contact page. You may see some of the gowns we have in various stages of completion, and our complete RTW line. We also have a US RTW representative, Ever After Bridal, where you can even try one on by making an appointment. Ever After Bridal Private Studio is in Hopewell Junction, NY 12533.

What is the order process?
Use the website to confirm that we carry your size for the design that you like then pay the reservation fee. A design assistant will be in touch with you to confirm your payment, schedule fittings and delivery as well as answer any questions you may have.

I am overseas but I want to be a Veluzbride, How do I go about it?
The order sequence remains the same as above with some adaptations. Once your order is confirmed, a design assistant will get in touch with you and send three fitting garments free of charge (your size, the next smaller, and the next bigger). Our representative will assist you throughout this process of identifying the best fit and possible alterations in length. She will also inform you of the target date of delivery and shipping charges for the final gown, as well as assist you with any concerns you may have.

All custom-made gowns are personally handled by the designer, Veluz. You may email her your design preferences, full body photo and wedding details (location, date, theme, etc.) so she can give you an idea of the target price for your gown. If you find it acceptable, then our schedule master, Gercel, will get in touch with you for your online appointment with Veluz. This will be either via Skype or FaceTime.

Is Shipping cost included?
During fitting, we may need to send you fitting garments or embroidery samples. This is free. The final shipping of the finished gown however is not included.

What is your refund policy?
There is no refund for either RTW or custom-made gowns. It is the nature of made-to-order items that we do not begin production of an item unless ordered, as such, initial down payment and confirmation payments go directly to the making of an ordered dress and cannot be refunded.

What is you product guarantee?
All of our dresses are carefully handcrafted in the Philippines under direct supervision of Veluz Custom Clothing. No work is outsourced. This helps us maintain a 100% satisfaction rating since 1998. That said, should you be dissatisfied with your order, we will either repair or replace your order – at our discretion. There is no refund for partial payments or cancelled orders.

What forms of payment are accepted?
For both custom-made gowns and RTW gowns, we accept cash and bank deposit. Please ask for our bank details if you intend to make a transfer or direct deposit.
Credit card payment is accepted through Paypal. A verified Paypal account is required.
